Cullen Bay Estate Landscaping Masterplan

Cullen Bay Estate is continuing to constantly invest in a series of major beautification projects which is set to further enhance the enviable relaxed, modern atmosphere and serene views enjoyed at Cullen Bay.

After having a comprehensive master plan draw up by landscaping architecture specialists Clouston Associates, we are now at the stage of implementing many of the recommendation in this document, however being innovative enough to update this as opportunities and situations arise.

After completing extensive garden upgrades and installing stainless steel railing along Cullen Beach and new rock entry statements to both the main commercial area and all walk access point to the Cullen Beach walkways in 2008, we are now looking at many new and exciting projects that will be rolled out over the next two years.

In Partnership with the Darwin Council, we are committing joint funds to the value of $200k to enable us to proceed with extensive upgrades to the main escarpment on Cullen Bay Crescent. These upgrades will include major planting of trees and shrubs and lighting of the escarpment for all residents and visitors to Cullen Bay to enjoy. 

There are also plans for the installation of a new taxi stand with a nautical theme to be put in the Commercial Precinct, along with further upgrades to our beautiful Kahlin Beach that is of course privately owned by Cullen Bay but open to the public.

All in all the CBMMC is committed to continue our landscape improvements for all to enjoy.
